Educating Communities, Inspiring Change.
"It is also charity to utter a good word." — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Al-Mustafa Welfare Society routinely organizes health awareness programs, including seminars, workshops, and community events aligned with international health observances such as World Health Day, World Diabetes Day, World Thalassemia Day, Kidney Day, Heart Day etc. These initiatives aim to educate the public about various diseases, their treatment, and prevention strategies, thereby contributing to our mission of fostering a healthy community.
In addition, we respond promptly to potential epidemics like Dengue, Measles, and Malaria, as well as extreme weather forecasts, through targeted awareness seminars.
Polio Eradication Campaign
Aiming for a Polio-Free Tomorrow
Al-Mustafa actively collaborates with Rotary International and the World Health Organization to eradicate Polio. Our Chairman, Dr. Haji Muhammad Hanif Tayyab, serves as Rotary’s Chairman of the Scholars Committee for Polio Eradication in Pakistan. We conduct awareness seminars across the country, engaging Islamic scholars and informing communities about the importance of vaccination. Free vaccination facilities are available in our hospitals and clinics.
Thalassemia Awareness Campaign
Alongside our Polio initiative, our Thalassemia Campaign raises awareness about this genetic disorder and promotes preventive measures through pre-marital screening. Dr Haji Hanif Tayyab advocates for mandatory thalassemia screening legislation in Pakistan, emphasizing the need for public awareness. His engagement with religious scholars enhances our outreach, encouraging individuals to take proactive steps to prevent this condition.
Spreading Awareness for a Healthier Future
Through these ongoing campaigns, Al-Mustafa Welfare Society is committed to creating awareness and educating communities about disease prevention and health issues. Your support can help us continue this important work.
